Howard Kelley, 72, of 10105 Lake Pleasant Rd. Waterford, died Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at UPMC-Hamot. He was born April 25, 1945 in Kane, the son of the late Earl and Louise (Carlson) Kelley and was married to Vicki L. Housler on Sept. 20, 1980 in Kane.
Mr. Kelley had been employed at Gaertner and Harf Meat Packing and Country Fair in Erie and prior to those he was employed at the meat market in Mt. Jewett, meat processing plant in Eldred and various other businesses. He was an avid Steelers and Pirates fan and truly enjoyed playing cards with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki, four sisters, Rita (Lou) Matter of Whittier, CA, Polly (Robert "Goodie") Goodwin of Mumford, NY, Betty Lou Burns of Cullman, AL, and June Napolitan of Warren, PA; five brothers, Gene (Bobbie) Kelley of Riverside, CA, Louie (Beverly) Kelley of Albuquerque, NM, Allen (Debbie) Kelley of Indianapolis, IN, Larry Kelley of Naselle, WA and Rick Kelley of Lake City, PA; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Patty Ross and Janet Rossborough and three brothers, Jim, George and Roger Kelley.
Friends may gather at the United Methodist Church on Saturday (Oct. 21) from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and a memorial service will immediately follow. Interment will be in Lebanon Lutheran Cemetery, Kane, PA.
